Treatment plans will include approaches that are empirically supported such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and/or parent management training (PMT).

Session Details |

Treatment sessions are typically 45 minutes in length and can be conducted in-person or virtually. Sessions may be lengthened if needed to meet established treatment goals. Longer sessions are also recommended for family meetings.

For individual treatment, sessions generally include:

  • Brief check-in on goal progress since last visit (with parent input if applicable)
  • Reviewing at-home practice
  • Introducing new concepts or coping skills
  • Assigning new at-home skills practice

Hours & Scheduling |

Scheduling is coordinated directly with Dr. Crow.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 6pm. While every effort is made to accommodate client schedules, specific days and times may not always be available.
